Welcome to Hirfly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Hirfly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hirfly connects clients (who post projects or purchase gigs) with freelancers (who offer services). The Platform facilitates project‑based contracts, milestone‑based payments, escrow protection, and direct gig orders. We are not a party to the agreement between freelancers and clients; we only provide the technology to enable service delivery and secure payments.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Each user may hold only one account. Hirfly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When you post a project, you agree to provide accurate descriptions, budgets, and deadlines. You must evaluate freelancer proposals in good faith and honour awarded bids.
Freelancers must complete work as described, meet agreed milestones, and not infringe third‑party intellectual property. You represent that you have the necessary skills and right to perform the services.
All payments on Hirfly are processed through a secure, PCI‑compliant payment processor. When a client funds a milestone or purchases a gig, the amount is held in escrow until the work is accepted or the dispute resolution process concludes.
Freelancers may withdraw their available earnings to a verified bank account or connected payout account (where enabled). Withdrawal minimums and processing times vary by region.
If a client does not accept or reject delivered work within 7 days after submission, the milestone will be automatically released to the freelancer. Disputes may be opened by either party for any milestone or order. Hirfly provides a structured dispute process where both parties present evidence. Admin may resolve disputes by:
Freelancers retain ownership of their work product until full payment is received. Upon acceptance and payment, all rights, titles, and interest in the delivered work transfer to the client (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Freelancers grant Hirfly a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to display portfolio examples.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Hirfly may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or to comply with legal requirements. Termination does not affect obligations for completed or ongoing contracts.
Hirfly is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirfly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third‑party service providers for payment processing, file storage, and other functionality. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body] unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
